Help older adults live safely, independently, and with dignity — all in a secure and vibrant retirement community.

  • Pay and Hours
  • Day shifts: £15.24 per hour
  • Sleeping night shifts: £12.24 per hour
  • Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
  • Additional supplemental £6.81 per sleep shift
  • Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts
  • Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers

Your Role as a Relief Duty Manager

  • As a Relief Duty Manager, You Will
  • Support residents’ safety, wellbeing, and independence
  • Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
  • Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
  • Coordinate and support engaging social activities
  • Foster a positive, welcoming environment for residents and staff

  • Experience in a senior care role
  • Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
