You will lead a small care team, coordinate resident care plans, and ensure high standards of wellbeing and safety for residents aged 70+. Sleep-in night shifts and day shifts offered with weekend rotation.
This role provides funded Level 3 training, 28 days holiday (pro-rated), and an Employee Assistance Programme, along with on-site facilities in a friendly retirement living community.
