Care & Support Assistant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)
Location: St Rumbolds Court, Brackley, Northamptonshire
Pay: £13.26 - £14.56 per hour (enhanced pay for evenings & weekends)

St Rumbolds Court is situated on the outskirts of the pretty market town of Brackley. The development boasts landscaped gardens and a communal lounge, fitted with audio visual equipment and WiFi, for socialising with friends and family. Lifts to all floors and an onsite laundry room. There is an onsite table service restaurant with freshly cooked meals served daily.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping.
- Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines.
- Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement.
- Supporting with individual care packages.

Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred.
- Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Personality: Caring, dependable, and passionate about supporting older adults.
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
