You will take ownership of learning and capability across our Sales & Marketing function, driving performance through high‑quality, engaging and insight‑led development initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver impactful sales and behavioural training that improves performance
- Drive capability through blended learning solutions (face‑to‑face, digital and eLearning)
- Enhance adoption and effective use of Salesforce CRM through targeted training
- Use data and feedback to measure learning impact and continuously improve programmes
- Embed a culture of learning by coaching managers and supporting ongoing development
- Maximise engagement and usage of our LMS (iLearn) to support organisational capability
- Partner with senior stakeholders to identify capability gaps and roll‑up sleeves to design and deliver solutions
- Use insights from systems like Salesforce to shape learning needs and measure impact
- Build credibility with stakeholders across Sales, Marketing and the wider business through strong communication and influencing skills
Qualifications
- Proven experience designing and delivering sales training programmes
- Strong experience creating engaging learning content across a blended learning approach
- Experience working with Salesforce CRM (either training or hands‑on usage)
- Solid understanding of Learning & Development best practice and methodologies
- Experience using Learning Management Systems to drive engagement and track impact
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- A data‑led mindset, using insight and feedback to continuously improve learning outcomes
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
- Experience delivering technical sales skills, behavioural capability or soft‑skills development
