About You

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Finance Graduate to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate to gain broad exposure across key finance functions while working alongside experienced professionals who will support your development and career progression.

You will be naturally curious, detail-oriented, and keen to understand how finance supports operational and strategic business performance. Whether analysing financial data, supporting budgeting processes, assisting with reporting, or identifying opportunities for improvement, you will enjoy turning information into meaningful insights.

You will be comfortable building relationships with colleagues across the business, demonstrating strong communication skills and a willingness to learn from a variety of stakeholders. You will also have excellent organisational skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

This role is ideal for a recent Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Mathematics, or related degree graduate who is looking to gain practical experience while working towards a professional finance qualification.

You may already have gained experience through internships, placements, or part‑time roles, but what will set you apart is your enthusiasm to learn, your analytical mindset, and your desire to contribute to a high‑performing finance team.

Your Impact

As a Finance Graduate, you will:

  • Support the preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, and performance analysis.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities across the business.
  • Analyse financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Support financial controls and ensure data accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to provide financial insight and support informed decision-making.
  • Assist with process improvement initiatives, helping to enhance efficiency and reporting capabilities.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the wider business and how finance contributes to commercial success.
  • Participate in projects and gain exposure to a variety of finance disciplines, including management accounting, financial planning, reporting, and business partnering.
