Are you a digitally savvy marketing professional with a passion for property? We are seeking a Digital Marketing Executive with proven experience in the housebuilding or property sector to drive visibility, engagement, and lead generation across our digital channels.
This is an exciting opportunity to join McCarthy Stone’s forward‑thinking marketing team, where you will shape the online presence of one of the UK’s leading retirement living providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and enhancing large‑scale websites, using SEO, CMS platforms (ideally Sitecore) and web performance analysis tools such as Google Analytics 4, Sitemorse, Hotjar and SEMrush.
- Working closely with the Brand team to translate creative ideas into compelling content that supports quarterly marketing campaigns.
- Leading the rollout of campaign content across the website, ensuring pages, promotions and messaging are accurate, timely and impactful.
- Preparing high‑quality content for email and maintaining a consistent, cohesive experience across every digital touchpoint.

By combining technical skill with creative insight, you will optimise digital touchpoints and ensure our platforms perform at their best – delivering clear, measurable impact on marketing effectiveness and commercial success.
Your attributes
- Strong ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements, enhancing user journeys and overall content effectiveness.
- Highly analytical and solutions‑oriented, with excellent problem‑solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing large‑scale websites or intranets.
- Proficiency in CMS platforms (preferably Sitecore) and responsive platform technology.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities efficiently.
