Mc Carthy & Stone in Birmingham is seeking a Care Supervisor to lead a resident-focused team at Ryland Place.

You’ll support independence, oversee the Care and Support staff, coordinate activities, and help create a welcoming, safe living environment for older adults.

The role is permanent, 33.5 hours per week with day and evening shifts, including weekends.

Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred; Level 2 is acceptable with a plan to complete Level 3.
