We are recruiting a Registered Care Manager to lead a team of mobile care and support staff across the West Midlands and Staffordshire area.

Salary: Up to £44,000 (DOE) per annum, plus a car and uncapped annual and quarterly performance bonuses and benefits.

Hours: 38.75 - Mix of home working and travel to our developments as required.

Due to our evolving care and lifestyle delivery, we are looking for a dedicated care manager to grow our mobile care and support offering.

About The Role

  • Lead and support a skilled care team of Care and Lifestyle Assistants, Field Care Supervisors, across several developments in the West Midlands area.
  • Ensure exceptional, person-centered care by developing and implementing individualized care plans tailored to support the well-being and independence of our residents.
  • Drive regulatory compliance and safety standards by overseeing adherence to McCarthy Stone and CQC regulations within our communities.
  • Manage and grow our care services: Actively engage with residents, local communities, and partners to enhance the reach and reputation of our offerings.
  • Handle operational responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, training, resource planning, and team performance to maintain high standards and ensure a seamless care experience.

  • Operational and Compliance Expertise: Strong experience in care management, including resource planning, quality assurance, and a thorough understanding of statutory and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Experience

Level 5 Qualified in care or equivalent, with substantial operational management experience in domiciliary care, including care assessment and planning.
