Pay and Hours
- Day shifts: £15.24 per hour
- Sleeping night shifts: £12.24 per hour
- Weekend premium: Additional £1 per hour
- Additional supplemental £6.81 per sleep shift
- Shifts: Flexible day, evening, and weekend shifts scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers
