Summary
Duty Care Manager – No travel, just meaningful impact. On the beautiful Norton Place estate (Norton Place, 74 Icknield Way, Baldock) you will lead a compassionate team of carers in a peaceful retirement living development of 57 apartments. You’ll be responsible for resident care, planning, and daily operations in a supportive, non‑travelling role.

What You'll Do
- Lead, support and motivate the Care & Support team.
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards.
- Assist with wellbeing‑focused activities and day‑to‑day care needs.
- Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence.
Pay & Shift Details
- £15.24 per hour day rate.
- £12.24 per hour sleeping night rate, plus £6.81 per sleep shift.
- £1 per hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday).

About You
