Lysander House is an age exclusive retirement development set in Ickenham for over 70's.There are landscaped communal gardens with planting, shrubs, central feature and seating. It has a lovely communal lounge and onsite restaurant.
You will be working a mix of early shifts, and late shifts, including alternate weekends.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Supporting residents with daily domestic tasks like appointments, light cleaning, laundry and shopping
- Assisting with social activities and wellbeing routines
- Promoting independence, dignity, and community engagement
- Supporting with individual care packages

Who We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1+ year in a UK health and social care role preferred,
- Qualification: Level 2 QCF in Health and Social Care (Adults) is a plus, but not essential.
- Personality: Caring, dependable , and passionate about supporting older adults
- Location: Living within commuting distance of the development.
