Care Supervisor– No Travel, Just Meaningful Impact!

Part-time ¦ 33 hour per week
£16.25/hr (day shifts) ¦ £12.65/hr (sleep-in nights)+additionalsupplemental£10.80per sleep shiftand£1/hr weekend upliftwhere applicable.

Eleanor House is an elegant Retirement Living PLUS development, of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, home to a vibrant and friendly community for the over 70s. The estate has a communal lounge and also a restaurant serving meals every day.
A typical shift starts from 4.15pm and finish's at 9.00am and you will be working alternate weekends.
Our Care Supervisors sleep between 11:00pm and 07:00am providing only emergency support to our homeowners throughout that period.

What You’ll Do
- Lead, support, and motivate the Care & Support team
- Coordinate resident care plans and ensure compliance with high standards
- Assist with wellbeing-focused activities and day-to-day care needs
- Foster a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that promotes independence
- £16.25 / hour day rate
- + £1/hour weekend enhancement (midnight Friday to midnight Sunday)

About You
- Experienced in care or support work (1+ year preferred)
- Level 3 Adult Health & Social Care (minimum of Level 2 Health and Social Care and willing to upskill)
- Leadership experience – You’ve supported or supervised a team
- Organised, compassionate, and community-minded
