Overview
As a Care and Support Assistant, you\’ll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents\\\’ wellbeing.
Experience & Qualifications
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults.
- A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
