Position Details
- Contract: Permanent
- 20 hours per week: working early and late shifts as arranged with the manager. Includes alternate weekends.
- Pay: Starting at Β£12.80 per hour, with enhanced rates depending on shifts during weekends and evenings.

Role Highlights
As a Care and Support Assistant, you\βll play a crucial role in enabling residents to live independently and actively. Your daily tasks will include light domestic duties, coordinating resident activities, and assisting with appointments and shopping. Each day will be diverse, allowing you to make a significant impact on residents\β wellbeing.
About You
- Location: Ideally located within commuting distance to our estate.
- Experience: A minimum of 1 year in a UK health and social care role is preferred, with a passion for working with older adults. A Level 2 QCF qualification in Health and Social Care (Adults) is an asset but not mandatory.
- Skills: Warm, friendly, and dedicated to exceptional service, you thrive in a team environment and are eager to make a positive difference.
