We’re looking for experienced and reliable Multi Skilled Operators to join our expanding quarry and waste operations team. If you enjoy outdoor work, operating heavy machinery, and being part of a hardworking team that keeps operations moving safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Operating Dozers and Excavators safely and efficiently
  • Managing stockpiles and material movement across site
  • Supporting daily production targets and operational activities
  • Carrying out daily machine inspections and reporting defects
  • Maintaining high Health & Safety standards at all times
  • Keeping work areas clean, organised and safe
  • Supporting wider site operations where required

Depending on site requirements, you may also operate:

  • Dumpers
  • Rollers

Who We’re Looking For

  • Experienced operators with proven Dozer and Excavator experience
  • Relevant plant tickets and certifications
  • Strong understanding of Health & Safety procedures
  • Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude
  • Team players who can also work independently when needed

Desirable Experience

  • 360 excavator
  • Dumper and/or Roller operation
  • Experience within quarry, waste, recycling, aggregates or similar heavy industrial environments
