A leading self-storage provider in the South is growing fast and looking for a Sales Consultant to join their dynamic team. With ambitious expansion plans - including new store openings and increased headcount, this company is striving to be “Best in Class.” As a Sales Consultant, you’ll be at the heart of the business, driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring high store standards. What We’re Looking For
- Sales & Customer Service Experience: Previous B2C/B2B sales, telesales, or customer service experience is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written English, with good numerical skills.
- Motivated by targets and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers and manage their journey from enquiry to sale.
- Promote in-store merchandise and recommend relevant products.
- Store Operations & Administration: Maintain high store standards through daily checks, ensuring cleanliness and security.
- Handle general admin tasks: client correspondence, emails, stock taking, deliveries, and store audits.
