Job Title: Website Administrator
Location: Sutton Weaver
Salary: Β£25,000 per annum
Reports to: Ecommerce Manager
Role Purpose
The Website Product Administrator is responsible for ensuring that all products on the company\βs website are accurately listed, maintained, and kept up to date. This role is essential in providing customers with a seamless online shopping experience, ensuring product data is correct, stock availability is clear, and promotions are implemented as planned.
Responsibilities
- Product Uploads & Maintenance: Upload new products to the website, including images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing. Ensure all product information is accurate and consistent with supplier data and company standards.
- Stock & Availability: Update stock levels, availability messages, and lead times in line with information from suppliers and the warehouse. Remove discontinued products and update categories as required.
- Promotions & Pricing: Apply discounts and promotional messaging in line with the promotional calendar. Check all promotional activity is displayed correctly and active during campaign periods.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular checks on the website to ensure product pages are displaying correctly, with no missing images, broken links, or formatting issues.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Buying team to ensure product specifications are correct. Liaise with the Warehouse team to maintain accurate stock availability and lead times. Support Marketing by ensuring promotional assets are attached to the correct products and categories. Communicate with Customer Service on product-related queries or corrections.
