This is a newly created leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and develop a multidisciplinary technical function.
Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, developing client relationships, supporting business growth and leading a team of technical specialists.

- Ideal Candidate
- Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification within a relevant technical discipline
- Proven experience within one of the following technical areas: o Land Surveying o Engineering Surveying o Environmental Monitoring o Planning o GIS / Geospatial o Environmental Consultancy
- Experience leading, mentoring or developing technical teams
- Strong commercial awareness with experience managing client relationships, quotations, tenders or project profitability
