Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Birchwood, Warrington
Year 1 OTE £35k–£40k | Year 2 £40k–£60k+

You do need people skills, drive, and ambition.

What does a Recruitment Consultant actually do?
In simple terms, you connect great people with great businesses.
You’ll:
- Build relationships with candidates and clients
- Understand what businesses really need, not just what’s on a job spec
- Support people through career moves that genuinely change their lives
- Manage multiple roles at once, prioritising and problem-solving daily
- Work closely with a supportive team who will train you properly
There’s no cold calling script culture here. This is a consultative, relationship-led role.
