About the Role
Our client is the UK’s leading service provider in their sector, and they are growing fast. They are looking for driven, resilient, and commercially astute Business Development Managers to support their growth.
As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic new business sales team. You’ll be responsible for identifying and securing contracts with local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
- 100% new business development
- Cold calling, door knocking, and lead generation
- Managing your pipeline and CRM with precision
- Reviewing existing contracts and negotiating improved terms
- Selling the value of our client’s service – not just the product
- Once a client is onboarded, they’re handed over to the corporate team so you can focus on winning new business
What We’re Looking For
Different backgrounds will be considered – what matters is attitude and ability. You might be:
- A telesales or recruitment consultant ready to step into a field-based role
