We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing internal talent team, focused on sourcing and hiring top clinical professionals across a defined region

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Take ownership of recruitment for your region, delivering tailored strategies to meet hiring goals.
  • Use a variety of sourcing methods, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, events, and headhunting—to attract top talent
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist candidates, ensuring a personalised and professional experience at every stage
  • Partner with hiring managers to support interviews, provide feedback, and manage the offer process.
  • Build strong pipelines for future hiring needs and maintain accurate records in the ATS
  • Act as a brand ambassador, promoting the organisation’s values and career opportunities

What We’re Looking For in a Recruiter:

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter, ideally within healthcare, professional services, or a multi-site environment
  • Strong sourcing skills—you’re not reliant on job ads and know how to find hidden talent
  • A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools
  • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally
