About the Role
We’re hiring a Store Manager to lead a high-performing team in one of our busiest UK locations. Baker Street sees exceptional footfall every day, and we’re looking for someone who can manage high traffic and fast turnover, while still delivering an elevated customer experience.
This role will suit someone used to leading from the front, with a hands-on approach, a calm head under pressure, and proven experience in high-footfall environments like city-centre flagships, outlet stores, or volume-driven luxury retail.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading, motivating, and developing your team to consistently exceed sales targets and KPI goals
- Managing operational excellence across stock, tills, store presentation, and staffing in a fast-paced setting
- Creating a welcoming, organised, and professional environment even during peak trading hours
- Using sales and performance data to drive decisions and create action plans
- Recruiting, training and empowering your team to deliver excellent customer service under pressure
- Responding to challenges quickly and confidently, using your initiative and experience
- Handling customer queries and escalations with empathy, speed and professionalism
