A Day in the Life
You’ll be essential to keeping UK operations running smoothly by:
- Providing logistical support to field operations across the UK
- Managing office‑based inventory, preparing and shipping implants and instruments for customer stock replenishment and loan kits for surgical procedures
- Coordinating sales invoicing and credit control with the overseas parent company
- Supporting conferences, exhibitions, social media activity and promotional campaigns
- Working closely alongside a colleague in a similar operational role
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver first‑class customer support via phone, email and order handling
- Organise loan kits, prepare checklists and produce delivery notes using the Inventory Management System
- Receive, inspect and accurately record all goods delivered
- Pick, pack and prepare shipments in line with customer requirements
- Arrange dispatch and ensure all documentation is complete and accurate
- Raise purchase and sales orders with precise data input
- Liaise with carriers, track shipments and resolve any delivery issues
- Maintain detailed records of all UK sales orders
- Support the Managing Director with conferences and events
- Work with the international marketing team on UK promotional activity
- Provide wider operational support to the sales team
- Manage invoicing, payments and customer account queries
- Assist with additional duties as required
