We're looking for a highly organised Transport Office Coordinator to become the link between Operations and Accounts, ensuring paperwork is accurate, complete and ready for invoicing.

Working within a busy transport and logistics environment, you'll take ownership of purchase orders, job documentation, supporting paperwork and invoice readiness, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

This is a role for someone who enjoys bringing order to chaos, solving problems, chasing missing information and ensuring administrative processes are followed correctly.

  • What You'll Be Doing
  • Managing the flow of operational paperwork from start to finish
  • Ensuring purchase orders, supporting documentation and job information are complete and accurate
  • Chasing missing paperwork from internal teams, customers and suppliers
  • Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues before invoices are raised
  • Working closely with Operations and Accounts to ensure a smooth invoicing process
  • Maintaining accurate records and document control procedures
  • Supporting the reduction of invoice queries, disputes and delays
  • Identifying opportunities to improve administration, documentation and reporting processes
