We are recruiting for a highly organised Document Control Coordinator to join a busy operations environment where accuracy, attention to detail and process ownership are critical. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Document Control Coordinator, Administrator or Operations Coordinator who enjoys bringing order to fast-moving environments and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
The successful Document Control Coordinator will be responsible for managing documentation, validating information, reconciling records, chasing missing paperwork and ensuring accurate records are maintained throughout the operational process. This role plays a key part in supporting invoicing, reducing queries and improving business efficiency.

Ideal Candidate- Previous experience in Administration, Document Control, Logistics, Transport, Operations or a similar office-based role
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong organisational skills
- Confident communicating with colleagues, customers and suppliers to resolve missing information
- Strong Excel, Microsoft Office and systems experience
- Experience using AI tools such as Copilot or ChatGPT to improve productivity, streamline administration or enhance reporting would be highly advantageous
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete, compliant and correctly stored
- Reconcile information across multiple systems, highlighting and resolving discrepancies
- Chase missing paperwork, documentation and supporting information from internal and external stakeholders
- Support invoicing processes by ensuring records are accurate and complete before submission
- Identify process improvements that enhance efficiency, reduce errors and improve document control standards
