An established and growing business based in Northwest is looking to recruit a confident and experienced Credit Controller to take full ownership of the credit control process and play a key role in supporting the commercial and finance teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong relationships with customers, keeping the sales ledger in great shape, and having real influence over how credit control is done.

You'll be the go-to person for managing customer accounts, monitoring credit limits, and ensuring outstanding payments are chased and resolved quickly and professionally. You'll also work closely with the sales team to ensure customers are trading within agreed terms, and that processes are followed correctly from the outset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing the end-to-end credit control process
  • Chasing overdue invoices by phone and email
