We are recruiting for an Operations Manager to take ownership of a modern, well-invested site in Nuneaton. This Operations Manager role leads a small, established operation with circa 20 frontline colleagues and a lean support team, so it’s a highly visible leadership position where you set standards, drive performance and build a great culture.
