We’re working on a confidential Regional Director appointment for a large, multi-site, service-led business operating at scale across the UK. This is a senior leadership role with full accountability for regional performance across a complex operational network.
The Role
This is a high-impact leadership role with full ownership of a regional P&L, leading both operational and commercial teams. You’ll be responsible for:
- Driving regional strategy, growth and overall performance
- Full P&L ownership, including budgets and forecasting
- Leading multi-site teams through a visible, engaging leadership style
- Delivering operational excellence and continuous improvement
- Developing strong customer relationships and supporting commercial growth
- Embedding a high-performance, safety-first culture
This is a role offering real autonomy and the opportunity to influence performance across a large, fast-paced operation.
About You
We’re keen to engage Regional / Director-level leaders from sectors such as:
- Transport / Logistics
- Retail (multi-site / regional leadership)
- Distribution / Supply Chain
- Other service-led, operationally intensive environments
You will bring:
- Proven P&L ownership at regional or divisional level
- Experience leading large, multi-site teams
- A track record of improving both operational and financial performance
- Strong commercial awareness with the ability to support growth
- Excellent leadership presence and stakeholder management skills
- Experience operating within fast-paced, labour-intensive environments
- A valid CPC qualification (this is an essential requirement for the role)
