We’re looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded National Field Sales Manager with a strong background in bathroom product sales to the retail and merchant channel. If you’ve worked with showrooms, buying groups, or merchant networks and know how to lead a high-performing sales team this is your opportunity to step into a pivotal national role.
This is a chance to join a business that’s investing in growth, innovation, and its people. You’ll lead a team of Area Sales Managers, shape channel strategy, and build powerful partnerships with distributors, retailers, and buying groups across the UK.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a national field sales team focused on bathroom retail and merchant sales
- Drive performance through CRM discipline, sales process execution, and commercial acumen
- Build a high-performing, accountable culture focused on strategic, solution-led selling
- Own senior-level distributor and showroom relationships, supporting annual trading negotiations
- Drive sales growth through independent retailers, national buying groups, and merchant networks
- Deliver impactful sales-out activity including training, incentives, and showroom execution
- Identify and build relationships with key buying groups in the bathroom and KBB sector
- Develop tailored commercial strategies to support long-term success in this channel
- Act as the voice of the market, feeding insights to marketing, product, and operations teams
- Support national campaigns and product launches with field-based execution
- Collaborate on stock forecasting, training, and POS delivery
Requirements:
- 3–5 years’ experience in sales management within the bathroom or KBB industry
- Proven success managing field-based teams in retail, merchant, or distributor environments
- Strong commercial acumen and understanding of trade pricing, rebates, and retail margins
- Experience developing buying group or national retail accounts
- Confident communicator and influencer at all levels—from showroom staff to senior buyers
- Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationally (and occasionally internationally)
