We are looking for a driven and organised Property Manager to join a fast-growing and ambitious property business. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a portfolio of shared residential properties, where no two days are the same.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring properties are well-managed, tenants are supported, and landlords receive a consistently high level of service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy managing multiple priorities, this role offers real progression and the chance to make a tangible impact.
This is a dynamic position combining office-based and field-based responsibilities. You’ll manage a portfolio of multi-let (HMO) properties across Greater Manchester and surrounding areas, taking full ownership of day-to-day operations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the full tenancy lifecycle – move-ins, inventories, inspections, check-outs and deposit returns
- Conducting property inspections and ensuring maintenance issues are identified and resolved promptly
- Coordinating with contractors to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
- Supporting tenant satisfaction through proactive communication and issue resolution
- Managing rent collection and addressing arrears in a timely manner
- Liaising with landlords and maintaining strong, long-term relationships
- Supporting viewings and helping to minimise void periods where required
- You will effectively “own” your portfolio, ensuring it performs commercially while delivering an excellent experience for both tenants and landlords

- Proven experience in property management or lettings, ideally with HMO / multi-let properties

- Confidence using property systems and technology
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
