Are you an experienced technical professional with a commercial mindset, looking to take the next step in your career? We're recruiting for a Commercial Manager to join a growing and forward-thinking business delivering specialist technical services across the environmental, surveying and infrastructure sectors. This is a newly created leadership role offering the opportunity to shape and develop a multidisciplinary technical function. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll play a key role in driving commercial performance, developing client relationships, supporting business growth and leading a team of technical specialists. Ideal Candidate

  • Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification within a relevant technical discipline
  • Proven experience within one of the following technical areas:
    • Land Surveying
    • Engineering Surveying
    • Environmental Monitoring
    • Planning
    • GIS / Geospatial
    • Environmental Consultancy
  • Experience leading, mentoring or developing technical teams
  • Strong commercial awareness with experience managing client relationships, quotations, tenders or project profitability
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to identify opportunities for business growth and continuous improvement
  • A collaborative leadership style with a passion for developing people
