We're recruiting for a Retail L&D Trainer to join a well-established, fast-paced retail business at a key point in its growth and transformation. This field-based role covers stores across the Northern region, working closely with store and regional leadership teams to support performance, consistency and customer experience across a multi-site environment.

Responsibilities

  • Delivering engaging training sessions across multiple retail locations
  • Coaching Store Managers and teams to improve performance and behaviours
  • Supporting onboarding and development of new store leaders
  • Driving consistency in customer experience standards
  • Partnering with Area Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Providing practical, in-store coaching and day-to-day support

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail training / L&D (multi-site or field-based preferred)
  • Strong facilitation skills β€” confident delivering to groups and individuals
  • Able to coach and influence Store Managers and teams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven retail environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Flexible and open to regular regional travel, including occasional overnight stays

  • Field-based role across the Northern region
  • Typically 3 days in-store, 2 days working from home
  • Travel is fully expensed
  • Bonus included (discussed at later stage)
  • Reporting into the L&D Manager as part of a wider L&D team
