Key Responsibilities
- Full leadership accountability for a large, multi‑function department within a flagship branch
- Driving sales, margin and profit through excellent execution, team capability and customer experience
- Leadership, coaching and development of managers and departmental teams
- Creating a service‑led, trade‑focused culture with exceptional standards
- Owning departmental KPIs, budgets and commercial performance
- Performance management, succession planning and talent development
