Senior Land Surveyor to join a growing and forward-thinking business delivering specialist surveying, environmental and infrastructure services across the UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established technical team, leading a variety of survey projects while mentoring junior surveyors and supporting the continued growth of the department.
Working across diverse sites, you'll play a key role in delivering accurate survey data that supports major environmental, quarrying, infrastructure and land development projects.

- Ideal Candidate
- Degree, HNC/HND or equivalent qualification in Surveying, Geomatics or a related discipline.
• Proven experience delivering
- Topographical Surveys
- Measured Building Surveys
- Engineering Surveys
- Setting Out
- Site Control
- Proficient with Leica, Trimble or similar survey equipment
- Experience processing survey data using Auto CAD, N4ce, LSS or similar software
- Experience leading projects and supporting junior surveyors
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Suitable Backgrounds

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality topographical, engineering and measured building surveys
- Establish and maintain survey control using GNSS and Total Station equipment
- Process survey data and produce accurate drawings and deliverables
- Manage survey projects from planning through to completion
- Liaise directly with clients and provide technical advice
- Mentor and support junior surveyors within the team
- Ensure all work is delivered safely, accurately and to agreed timescales
- Maintain survey equipment and promote best practice across the department
