HGV Workshop Supervisor Location: Leyland Role: Permanent | Night Shift | 45 hours per week Salary: Up to £22 per hour Shift Pattern: Sunday night – Thursday night Hours: 9pm–6am or 6pm–3am OVERVIEW We’re recruiting for an HGV Workshop Supervisor to take the lead on permanent night shifts within a busy, growing operation in Leyland. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working on the tools while also taking responsibility for the team around you – organising workloads, prioritising jobs and making sure vehicles are maintained, repaired and ready for the road. You don’t need to already be a Workshop Supervisor. We’re equally interested in experienced HGV Technicians or Mechanics who have experience managing or leading a team and are ready to take the next step in their career. You’ll be joining a business that’s growing quickly and investing in its workshop, giving you the opportunity to take on more responsibility while still doing the hands-on mechanical work you enjoy.
