We are recruiting for a Retail L Trainer. You will split your time between delivering structured training and working directly in-store to coach and develop teams. This isn’t just classroom-based; you’ll be hands-on in stores, building relationships with Store Managers and supporting wider operational improvements.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Delivering engaging training sessions across multiple retail locations
  • Coaching Store Managers and teams to improve performance and behaviours
  • Supporting onboarding and development of new store leaders
  • Driving consistency in customer experience standards
  • Partnering with Area Managers and senior stakeholders
  • Providing practical, in-store coaching and day-to-day support
