This is a role for a Key Account Manager who makes things happen. An exciting opportunity to join a market-leading furniture manufacturer as a Key Account Manager, owning strategic customer relationships and driving commercial success across the UK. What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Strategic account management of key furniture retail and distribution partners to deliver budgeted sales and profit targets while improving market position.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with key clients as the main commercial point of contact, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Driving financial growth by identifying opportunities for account expansion, closing new business deals and growing the existing customer base.
  • Leading Key Account Plans and translating long-term goals into short, mid and long-term actions.
  • Supporting proposal development and pricing structures that meet client needs and align with business objectives.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service, impactful launches and omni-channel activation.
