We're recruiting for a premium retail brand looking for a talented Assistant Store Manager to support the leadership of a high performing store in Bluewater. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Assistant Store Manager who is passionate about people development, commercial success and delivering exceptional customer experiences. As Assistant Store Manager, you'll work closely with the Store Manager to lead, coach and develop the team, drive sales performance and create a culture where customers receive outstanding service every time they visit. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll spend your time on the shop floor inspiring your team, driving commercial performance and helping colleagues achieve their full potential.
