We're recruiting for a premium retail brand looking for an inspiring Store Manager to lead a high-profile store in Lakeside. This is far more than an operational management role. We're looking for a Store Manager who enjoys spending time on the shop floor, developing people, driving engagement and leading from the front.
What you'll be doing
- Leading, coaching and developing a high performing retail team
- Driving sales, KPI performance and commercial success
- Building a culture of exceptional customer service and engagement
- Recruiting, developing and retaining top retail talent
- Creating succession plans and supporting future leaders within the business
- Analysing trading performance and using data to improve results
- Identifying opportunities to increase sales through customer engagement, events and commercial initiatives
- Managing budgets, payroll, stock control and store performance
- Working closely with senior stakeholders to share ideas and continuously improve performance
- Ensuring the highest standards of visual merchandising, presentation xgikmsk and operational excellence
