Your Mission

As Executive Director of Corporate Services, you will:

• Lead and inspire high-performing teams across Finance, HR & OD, Digital & IT, Governance, Procurement, and Estates.
• Serve as Chief Accountant, ensuring financial rigour, compliance, and strategic investment.
• Champion innovation and continuous improvement, embedding a culture of high performance, commerciality, and sustainable change.
• Build strategic partnerships and unlock commercial opportunities to elevate service delivery and Group growth.
• Foster a values-led, inclusive culture that empowers people and drives organisational success.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re a dynamic, collaborative, and forward-thinking leader with a passion for making a difference. You bring:

• A professional accountancy qualification and a track record of senior executive leadership.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams through transformation and growth.
• A values-driven approach, high integrity, and the ability to inspire and influence at all levels.
• Sector experience in health, care, or another mission-led environment is highly desirable.
