Job Title: Executive Assistant – Managing Director and Founder Location: Birchwood, Warrington (on-site) Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum Would you like to work for a dynamic female entrepreneur who needs a new Executive Assistant to help her organise her life? Kate McCarthy owns McCarthy Recruitment and is now looking for a new right arm following the retirement of her Executive Assistant. You will be committed to providing a personal service to her and ensuring she has the assistance she needs to deliver her role and ensure that her busy life is managed. No two days will be the same and you will be supporting Kate with her various projects and personal needs. A flexible and adaptable mindset is essential. You will be a highly organised, motivated and detail orientated individual who loves providing high level administration support. Problem solves, be able to spot issues and create a plan to rectify them. Communicate ideas and business initiatives to the team to ensure the sharing of best practice and maximisation of sales and business growth.
