The Role
- As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will take ownership of key client accounts and deliver end-to-end permanent recruitment assignments.
- Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and developing established client relationships
- Delivering permanent recruitment assignments from briefing to placement
- Building strong relationships with candidates and clients
- Advising clients on recruitment strategy, market insight and hiring decisions
- Managing interviews, offers and negotiations
- Growing and maintaining a profitable, sustainable desk
About You
- Is confident managing accounts and delivering recruitment solutions independently
- Has experience recruiting into permanent roles
- Is commercially aware and motivated by performance and earnings
- Enjoys building long-term client partnerships rather than short-term wins
