Job Title: Customer Advisor  – Full Time Location: Canterbury Salary:  £12.21 – £12.50 + Bonus Role: Permanent  OVERVIEW   Since their conception as a fashion brand in 1912, our client has gone from strength to strength. As a Customer Advisor you’ll embody the brand and be its advocate inside and outside the business, you will naturally be up for every challenge that comes your way, motivating and developing your team while going that extra mile to make sure the service is as premium as our product. JOB ROLE As a Customer Advisor you will be reporting to the Management team and your key responsibility will be to deliver excellent service to our customers through a bright, fun personality and a genuine love for all things fashion. You will ideally have an understanding and background of one-to-one service as a Customer Advisor/Supervisor and will have experience in selling a high quality product and working within a retail/hospitality business with pace and volume. A passion for achieving sales and delivering fantastic customer service is a must. This brand is known for its high quality, stylish designs and is going from strength to strength!
