The Opportunity

We are working with a fast-growing property business to recruit a Community Manager to take ownership of a defined portfolio across South Manchester. This is a highly autonomous, field-based role where you will manage the full tenant journey, from initial enquiry through to move-in and ongoing experience, ensuring properties are let quickly, maintained to a high standard, and tenants are well supported. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting people, and running your own patch, this is a fantastic opportunity to step into a role with genuine flexibility and long-term growth potential.

The Role

You will take responsibility for a portfolio of multi-let residential properties, managing everything from first enquiry to settled tenancy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full enquiry pipeline, responding promptly and booking viewings efficiently
  • Conducting property viewings and presenting rooms in a professional and engaging way
  • Processing offers quickly and progressing applicants through to move-in
  • Ensuring rooms are prepared, clean, and ready for new tenants within tight turnaround times
  • Carrying out regular property inspections and identifying issues early
  • Supporting compliance processes
