You’ll ideally bring:

- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional, personalised customer service
- Strong commercial awareness with a proven understanding of sales targets, conversion, ATV, UPT and other retail KPIs
- Experience coaching, motivating and developing teams to achieve their potential
- The confidence to lead from the front, demonstrating excellent selling techniques and product knowledge
- A natural ability to build rapport, understand customer needs and develop long-term relationships
- Experience identifying sales opportunities through personalised recommendations, cross-selling and upselling
- A proactive approach to improving individual and store performance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to engage with a wide range of customers
- A genuine desire to develop your career within an established and successful retail business
Whether you're an experienced Assistant Store Manager, Deputy Manager or an established retail leader looking for your next challenge, we'd love to hear from you.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Working closely with the Store Manager, you'll help lead a flagship store where customer experience and commercial performance go hand in hand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering exceptional sales results and maintaining the highest retail standards
- Leading from the front to create an outstanding, consultative customer experience
- Coaching and developing colleagues to improve selling confidence, product knowledge and commercial performance
- Driving key retail KPIs, including conversion, average transaction value, units per transaction and overall sales performance
- Building strong relationships with customers, encouraging loyalty and repeat business
- Supporting personalised appointments, corporate customers and wedding parties
- Identifying opportunities to maximise sales through effective customer engagement and tailored product recommendations
- Using sales reports and performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement
- Recognising individual achievements, supporting underperforming colleagues and developing future leaders
