- Proven experience in Business Development, Account Management or B2B Software Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the commercial launch and go-to-market strategy for an innovative new software platform
- Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities across targeted sectors
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing opportunities through the full sales cycle
- Deliver product demonstrations and communicate the value proposition effectively to prospective customers
- Develop strong relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders
- Manage the onboarding process to ensure a seamless customer experience and successful adoption of the platform
- Act as the voice of the customer, feeding market insight and customer feedback back into the business
- Create and execute account development plans to maximise customer retention and revenue growth
- Collaborate closely with technical and operational teams to ensure successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments to identify future growth opportunities
- Contribute to the ongoing development of sales processes, commercial strategy and customer success initiatives
