About the Role
As Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a vital role in driving store performance, leading a high-energy team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You'll deputise for the Store Manager when required and help ensure every operational detail runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Leading, coaching and developing a high-performing team
- Supporting the Store Manager in delivering strong commercial results
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
- Driving sales performance and exceeding store targets
- Managing stock levels and overseeing daily stock ordering
- Maintaining high standards of compliance, presentation and efficiency
Requirements:
- Experience as an Assistant Manager, Store Manager within retail or hospitality
- A hands-on leadership style with a passion for achieving targets
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive, solution-focused mindset
- Flexibility to travel within a 45-minute radius to support nearby stores
