We’re on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Business Development Manager to join our clients Operations team. If you thrive on building relationships, spotting opportunities, and closing deals, this is your chance to make a real impact from day one.
What you’ll be doing
Develop and manage a robust pipeline of profitable new business opportunities.
Sell contracted services across commercial sectors within your territory.
Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
Create and deliver strategic sales plans, reports, and forecasts.
Collaborate with Regional Commercial and Depot Managers to align on campaigns and local strategies.
Act as the key contact for prospective customers—building trust and delivering tailored solutions.
Lead pricing negotiations and craft bespoke service packages to meet client needs.What our client is looking for
Proven success in new business sales, ideally within contracted services.
A strong track record of smashing sales targets.
Exceptional prospecting, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, results-focused, and comfortable working independently.
Full UK Driving Licence.What’s in it for you
Salary: £45,000 OTE
Car/Car Allowance: £400/month
Pension: 6% employer / 4% employee
Death in Service: 2x salary
