We are recruiting for an ambitious and fast-growing supplier within the building materials and home improvement sector. This business offers a wide range of high-quality, low-maintenance products used across residential and commercial projects, working with both trade professionals and end consumers.
This is a field-based opportunity where success will be built through energy, resilience, and the ability to open doors. You’ll be responsible for developing new business across a broad customer base including trade counters, builders, contractors and homeowners, while also growing existing accounts.
- Actively prospect and generate new business through field-based activity, including cold calling and door knocking
- Build and develop strong relationships with trade customers, local builders and contractors
- Identify and convert opportunities across both retail (public) and contract/project channels
- Deliver product knowledge and value-led sales conversations to customers
- Proven experience in a field-based sales or business development role
- Ability to build relationships across trade and contractor networks
- Full UK driving licence
