About the Role
Our client is looking for a commercially driven Showroom Manager to take full ownership of a busy Birmingham showroom. As Showroom Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the showroom, driving store sales through high standards, strong performance, and effective leadership of the sales team, while ensuring an exceptional end-to-end customer journey.
This Showroom Manager role would suit an experienced retail manager or a senior bathroom sales professional from a KBB environment who is ready to step into a leadership position and take ownership of results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the daily running of the showroom, ensuring smooth and efficient operations
- Drive sales performance by maximising every enquiry and achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Lead, motivate, and develop the showroom team to deliver strong results and consistent growth
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are delivered at every stage of the customer journey
- Represent the business as a confident and credible brand ambassador
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and showroom presentation
